Modern Home Facade Makeover
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My single-family residence needs, contemporary face, and I’m looking for someone who can translate the modern style I love into a build-ready exterior concept. The focus is strictly the front façade—no roofing revisions, backyard sketches, or secondary elevations—so every detail you develop should reinforce curb appeal and a clean, modern aesthetic.
I will share photographs, basic measurements, and zoning setbacks as soon as we start. From there, I’d like you to shape a concept that clearly shows materials, colors, lighting ideas, and any subtle architectural tweaks that push the design forward without demanding structural changes. If you work in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, or similar, that’s ideal; I’ll need files that a local builder and planning office can read without extra conversion.
Deliverables (all digital, ready for hand-off to contractors)
• One primary concept board or mood sheet outlining color palette, textures, and fixtures
• A dimensioned front elevation drawing (PDF + source file)
• Two to three high-resolution, daylight renders of the proposed façade
• A concise material and finish schedule with product references or look-alikes that are easy to source locally
When you send the final package I’ll review it against local building codes; minor tweaks that emerge from that review should be included in your fee. Let’s give this home a striking first impression.
