Modern Home Elevation & Plan Update

I already have the two-storey floor plan (ground and first floor in PDF/DWG) and now need two things from you in one streamlined package: an exterior 3D elevation that feels unmistakably modern, and a lightly revised set of 2D plans that reflect any tweaks we make along the way.

My vision leans toward clean lines and a contemporary façade; I have a rough concept in mind but no reference images, so I’m counting on your design eye to propose materials, proportions and window placement that will really bring the house to life. While I gravitate toward large glazing and a simple roofline, I’m open to your suggestions as long as the final look reads fresh, elegant and build-ready.

Please work in whichever tool you’re fastest with—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape—just be prepared to hand over editable source files alongside high-resolution renders.

Deliverables
• Updated 2D floor plans (PDF + editable file)
• Photorealistic 3D exterior renders from at least two angles
• Native model file so I can iterate later
