I’m planning a modern single-family home and need a clear, build-ready outline to move the idea forward. At this stage I only require the essentials:
• A simple floor-plan layout (rooms, overall dimensions, basic circulation).
• Front, rear, and side elevations that capture a clean modern aesthetic.
• A basic foundation or slab outline with general structural notes.
I’m after accuracy rather than embellishment, so the drawings can be light on finishes and interior detailing—just enough for initial pricing and feasibility checks. Please prepare the files in PDF for easy sharing and include the editable DWG or RVT source so I can refine them later if needed.
If you’re comfortable producing concise residential plans in AutoCAD, Revit, or a similar CAD platform and can deliver quickly, I’d love to work together.
