I’m ready to move forward with a full architectural package for a modern single-family residence. The property will serve as my primary home, so the design needs to balance contemporary aesthetics with practical everyday living. I’m looking for a cohesive concept that carries from the first pencil sketch all the way through permit-ready drawings.

What I need from you:
• Concept development that captures a clean, modern look while making smart use of natural light and indoor–outdoor flow.
• Scaled floor plans, elevations, and sections prepared in CAD (DWG or Revit preferred) that comply with typical residential code requirements.
• High-quality 3D exterior and select interior renderings so I can visualise massing, materials, and key spaces before we lock in final decisions.
• A basic material and finish palette to guide conversations with suppliers and contractors.
