Modern Home Architectural Design Plans

I’m ready to break ground on a brand-new modern residence and need a skilled architect to translate my early sketches and inspiration images into a complete, permit-ready drawing package. This is full new construction—no renovation or extension work—so the scope starts at concept development and carries through to detailed documentation.

The aesthetic I’m after is unapologetically modern: clean lines, generous glazing, open-plan living, thoughtful indoor-outdoor flow, and an emphasis on energy-efficient detailing. I’ll share a site survey, zoning information, and mood boards as soon as we begin, and I’m happy to collaborate through Revit, ArchiCAD, or SketchUp—whichever you find most efficient—so long as the final files export cleanly to DWG and PDF for my builder and consultants.

Deliverables
• Initial concept layouts and massing studies (PDF)
• Fully detailed architectural drawing set: site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plan, schedules, and key construction details (DWG + PDF)
• Coordinated 3D model with at least two rendered perspectives or a short walkthrough video
• Up to two rounds of revisions to secure local permit approval

Acceptance criteria
Drawings must comply with local residential code, include clear dimensions, annotation, and material specifications, and print accurately at 1:100 scale.
