Modern Gypsum Ceiling & Lighting Plan
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a cohesive modern gypsum ceiling concept that ties together my living room, bedroom, and kitchen. Each space should feel distinct yet clearly part of the same design language, with clean profiles, subtle reveals, and integrated lighting that highlights the architecture rather than cluttering it.
Lighting preferences are already set: recessed fixtures for general illumination and smooth ceiling lines; carefully placed pendant lights to create focal points over furniture or kitchen islands; and statement chandeliers where they can add drama without breaking the modern aesthetic. The gypsum detailing must accommodate these three fixture types seamlessly, so cable routing, junction boxes, and access panels need to be worked into the drawings from the start.
Please build the design in software that allows both 2D reflected ceiling plans and photoreal 3D visuals—AutoCAD paired with 3ds Max, Revit with Enscape, SketchUp with V-Ray, or a similar professional workflow is fine as long as I receive native files and exportable PDFs.
Deliverables
• Dimensioned reflected ceiling plan for each room, showing gypsum profiles, levels, and lighting positions
• 3D renders (minimum two angles per room) illustrating final look, materials, and lighting temperature
• Fixture schedule specifying model numbers, cut-out sizes, lumen output, and finish for the recessed lights, pendants, and chandeliers
• A brief installation note set so my contractor understands suspension details, support points, and access areas
