I’m renovating my home and need a compelling front-elevation concept that embraces a clean, modern aesthetic and showcases glass as the dominant exterior material. The design must seamlessly integrate a balcony; large windows or architectural lighting could be explored if they naturally enhance the look, but the balcony is non-negotiable.

What I expect from you:
• A high-resolution 3D rendering that clearly conveys materials, proportions, and overall curb appeal.
• Dimensioned elevation drawings ready for my contractor to follow.
• A brief material and finishes schedule so sourcing the specified glass elements is straightforward.
