Modern Furniture Layout Designs

I am turnkey interior furniture project develper and need fresh, modern‐style furniture layouts for three key areas of home: the bedroom, kitchen, and hall. The goal is to optimise each space so it feels open, functional, and visually consistent, all while staying true to a sleek modern aesthetic.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Scaled furniture placement plans for each of the room of 2 or 3BHK Home, delivered as PDFs and the native file from your preferred software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
• At least one rendered perspective or 3-D view per room so I can easily visualise how the pieces, colours, and circulation work together.
• A concise furniture schedule noting key dimensions, finishes, and product references so sourcing is straightforward later on.

Accuracy is crucial; the layouts must respect existing wall locations, door swings, and utility points. I’ll provide measured drawings and photos right after we start. A quick sketch round for feedback followed by a refined final set will keep the process smooth.
