Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m planning a full, ground-up design overhaul for my house and I want every decision to reinforce a clean, modern aesthetic. The project covers both exterior and interior work, so the concept must feel seamless from the street all the way through to the smallest detail inside.
Mostly a renewal of old house
The spaces that need special attention are:
• Living room
• Kitchen
• Master bedroom
House interface design
These three rooms will set the tone for the rest of the property, guiding colour, texture, lighting and furniture choices elsewhere.
I’ll need a complete design package: inspirational mood boards, scaled floor plans, lighting and electrical layouts, material and fixture schedules, plus photorealistic 3-D renderings that show how the spaces connect. A concise specification sheet for contractors is also required.
