Modern Floor Plan Visualization & Optimization

I’m refining a modern-style floor plan and need clear, polished visuals that show exactly how every element will sit in the space. The layout covers the living room, bedroom, a small kitchen table set up like a bar, and a closet, plus all the supporting details—lighting points, electrical outlets, and even where the bathroom curtain should hang.

I already have the basic walls drafted; what I’m missing is a set of images (2D and 3D is ideal) that illustrate detailed furniture placement, circulation paths, and fixture positions. If you spot ways to improve flow or functionality, weave those tweaks into the plan and explain why they work better. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools are all fine as long as the final visuals look clean and are easy for contractors to read.

Deliverables
• Updated floor plan with labelled furniture, lighting, and outlet positions
• High-resolution rendered views (at least 2 per room)
• Source file so I can adjust dimensions later

Accuracy and practicality matter more than hyper-realistic styling; I just need to be confident that everything fits and functions before construction begins.
