Modern Elevation Enhancement for Existing Residential Building (Revit Models Provided)

Job ID: 39986841

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I have two Revit files—one containing the as-built model of an existing house and the second with the proposed second-floor plan. I need an experienced architectural designer to review both files together and develop a modern, aesthetically cohesive external design. The task includes preparing a front elevation, side elevation, and rear (back) view, ensuring all improvements are visually balanced, contemporary, and well-integrated with the existing structure.

## Core requirements

modern, aesthetically cohesive external design. The task includes preparing a front elevation, side elevation, and rear (back) view, ensuring all improvements are visually balanced, contemporary, and well-integrated with the existing structure.
## Nice-to-have

Interior design of 2BHK.

## Acceptance criteria

• Parametric .rvt file that opens without missing families, warnings or errors on load.
• Dimensioned floor plans, elevations (front, at least one side, rear), representative sections and a printable PDF drawing set (A3 or A2 as preferred).
• Consistent material assignments, family naming and tags suitable for future construction documentation.
• A brief design synopsis (1–2 paragraphs) describing spatial logic, material intent and any notable Revit workflows used (phasing, worksets, view templates, key families).
• Front/side/rear elevation views presented as renderable Revit views (not only raster images) so further edits are possible.

## Files provided (by client)

• As-built house .rvt (existing model).
• Proposed second-floor .rvt (plan to be integrated).
• Reference photos of the existing façade and immediate site context (if available).

## Deliverables (final)

1. .Rvt file of project containing enhanced elevation, Back and side view.

## Clarifications the freelancer may request (please include these in proposals)

• Confirm whether any structural changes (new openings, additional slabs) are permitted.
• Preferred sheet size and scale for PDF deliverables (A3/A2; 1:100, 1:50).
• Material palette preferences (stone, timber, brick, plaster colour codes) or allow designer freedom.
• Site constraints, orientation (true north) and level datum/FFL to be used.
• Any local construction or compliance constraints to follow.
