I have an existing layout for our new office and now need it transformed into a polished, modern interior that supports a corporate-and-professional atmosphere. The space should read clean and ordered at first glance—minimalist furniture, crisp lines, and thoughtful detailing rather than decorative clutter.
Cool blue and green accents will anchor the palette against neutral surfaces, creating a calm yet focused setting for both staff and visiting clients. The scheme may be adjusted to complement the new colours and furniture choices if that improves the overall feel.
Here’s how the project will flow:
• Confirm the space's flow.
• Develop a cohesive concept board showing the blue-and-green palette, finishes and the specific minimalist furniture pieces you propose.
• Produce high-quality visuals—2D plans and at least three perspective renders—so stakeholders can sign off before we move to procurement.
• Supply final documentation: furniture schedule with specifications and quantities, material finishes list, and editable source files (AutoCAD or Revit for plans, SketchUp/3ds Max or equivalent for renders).
Accuracy to the original dimensions is critical; no structural walls will be moved. I will be available for quick feedback, and I’d like to wrap concept approval within two weeks of project start.
