Modern Commercial Interior Design

Job ID: 39725550

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m beginning fit-out planning for a new two-floors (ground and first) commercial building in Jordan. The general contractor and architect have already supplied the floorplans and drawings so you will be working with accurate, up-to-date information from day one.

Scope
The assignment covers the ground and first floors, including the front entrance, internal corridors, elevator zone and all street-facing and interior retail shops. My current direction is modern with a calm, neutral palette; think warm greys, off-white stone, light wood accents and restrained metal details. While every space needs a coherent look, the main visual emphasis should be on creating a striking, welcoming entrance that sets the tone for the rest of the property. I'm aiming to use this design in a brochure for marketing purposes.

Deliverables
Current (first phase):
• Annotated floor and reflected ceiling plans (AutoCAD/Revit, PDF)
• 3D visualisations/renderings for the entrance lobby plus representative shop and corridor views

Next (second phase):
• Concept mood board illustrating materials, lighting language and key furniture pieces
• Material, lighting and furniture schedules with locally available or equivalent global specifications
• A concise installation guide that my contractor can follow during construction

Acceptance criteria
The design must:
1. Align with the provided structural and MEP constraints.
2. Align with consistent modern, neutral brief, unless you have other reasonable suggestion otherwise that is better for the project.

I will supply the complete drawing set immediately after kick-off. Let me know your cost and estimated timeline so we can move forward.
