Modern Commercial Architecture Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m moving forward with a new commercial build and need a full architectural package developed in a clean, modern style. The scope starts at concept and should carry through to permit-ready construction drawings.
Here’s what I’d like to receive:
• Two or three concept alternatives showing massing, circulation, and façade ideas
• A refined schematic set: floor plans, elevations, and key sections in Revit (or AutoCAD if you prefer)
• Photorealistic exterior and interior renders that communicate the modern aesthetic to stakeholders
• A coordinated construction set with dimensions, material notes, and code compliance details suitable for local approvals
Throughout the process I’d appreciate iterative check-ins, quick turnaround on mark-ups, and BIM files that my engineers can plug into their workflows. If you have experience designing energy-efficient commercial spaces, please highlight it when you respond.
