Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am embarking on a full-scale renovation that covers both the façade and the interior of my building, and I need a cohesive modern design that ties everything together. Externally, I want a fresh contemporary look—clean lines, updated materials, and lighting concepts that elevate curb appeal. Internally, the brief centres on the living areas plus all bedrooms and office spaces; kitchens and bathrooms will stay largely as they are for now.
The scope includes:
• Concept development that unifies exterior architecture with a modern interior palette.
• Detailed floor plans, elevations, and mood boards.
• 3D visualisations (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) so I can clearly see how the new façade interacts with the revamped living rooms, bedrooms, and office areas.
• Material and fixture recommendations that are readily sourceable.
• A clear set of drawings suitable for contractors—AutoCAD or Revit format preferred.
Acceptance criteria: final files must include editable CAD drawings and high-resolution renders that accurately reflect dimensions, finishes, and lighting. Once approved, I’ll need native project files and PDFs ready for submission to my builder.
