Modern 3BHK 25x35ft Duplex Design

I have a compact 25 ft × 35 ft plot and I’m ready to commission a full modern concept for a three-bedroom duplex. Efficient use of every square foot, abundant daylight and a strong indoor-outdoor connection are key.

The ground floor should read as one continuous family-entertainment space—living, dining and lounge flowing together without partitions. Bedrooms can be divided between the two levels; ideally at least one on the lower floor for ageing parents. If a single-car parking bay can fit without squeezing the entertaining zone that would be a welcome bonus.

Deliverables I need:
• Scaled floor plans for both levels
• Two elevations plus one section that clarify massing and façade treatment
• A basic 3D model or rendered views showing materials and the overall modern look

You’re free to work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD or any comparable software, but supply editable source files along with review-ready PDFs.
