Modern Architectural Design Concept
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a full architectural proposal delivered in a clean, Modern style. Once I share the basic brief and site parameters, translate them into a cohesive concept that can impress investors and satisfy planning requirements.
The assignment moves from high-level ideas to presentation-ready material. You’ll shape the spatial programme, refine the façade, resolve daylighting strategies and suggest sustainable construction methods that fit contemporary codes—all while keeping the crisp geometry and uncluttered lines that define Modern architecture.
Deliverables
• Two alternative massing studies with annotated sketches (PDF)
• Final floor plans, sections and elevations to scale (DWG + PDF)
• 3–5 photorealistic interior and exterior renders (JPG/PNG + source files)
• Concise design narrative covering structural concept, material palette and sustainability approach
Native files should be prepared in AutoCAD, Revit or a similar BIM/CAD platform so I can commission further detailing without format headaches. I’ll provide quick feedback and expect one major revision round plus two minor tweaks before sign-off.
Attach samples of previous Modern projects and note the software you’ll use for modeling and rendering. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right creative partner.
