Modern Apartment Plan Redraw

I have uploaded a rough sketch of my new apartment and now need a crisp, to-scale digital floor plan that conveys a modern look and can guide the full redesign ahead. Please replicate every wall, opening, and fixture shown in the sketch, check all dimensions for accuracy, and present the drawing in a clean graphic style suitable for both contractors and interior suppliers.

I am happy with common tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD—use whichever lets you deliver sharp line-work, clear dimensioning, and layer control for easy future edits.

Deliverables
• PDF floor plan ready for print at A3
• Editable source file (DWG or comparable) with layers properly named

Acceptance will be based on scale accuracy, faithful transfer of all elements from the sketch, and overall presentation quality that matches a contemporary design aesthetic.
