I need a cohesive modern interior concept for my personal apartment. The project covers three key areas—living room, bedroom, and kitchen—and the finished space should feel polished enough for everyday residential use rather than a rental or holiday setting.

Here’s what I expect as a clear set of deliverables:
• Mood board or concept board that defines the overall modern theme, colour palette, and key materials
• Scaled floor plan with furniture layout for each room
• 3D visualisations or realistic renders showing lighting, finishes, and spatial flow
• A concise specification list detailing furniture, fixtures, and décor items (brands or generic descriptions are fine)

Please make sure the design reflects clean lines, functional layouts, and a contemporary aesthetic without slipping into cold minimalism—I still want warmth and comfort. If you use tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar, feel free to let that guide how you supply the files; just confirm the final format so I can review and share it with contractors later.

Once the first draft is complete, one revision round is included so we can fine-tune any aspect before final sign-off.
