I need complete structural calculations and drawings for a ground-plus-two mixed-use building. The program combines a production area on the lower floors with general accommodation above, so framing and slab design must prioritise high load-bearing capacity without compromising space efficiency.
I will provide the architectural plans, soil report, and anticipated live-load data. From you, I expect a full analysis model (ETABS, STAAD or equivalent), member sizing, reinforcement schedules, connection details, and coordinated CAD or Revit drawings ready for my local engineer’s sign-off. A brief design note explaining assumptions, codes used and load combinations should accompany the package.
