Mixed-Use Building Structural Plans
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a concept for a compact mixed-use property—under 10,000 sq ft—combining ground-floor retail, a small office suite, and several residential units above. I now need a structural engineer to turn the architectural massing model into a full set of working drawings ready for permitting and construction.
Scope
Your task is to analyze the proposed layout, run all necessary gravity and lateral load calculations, and translate those results into stamped structural plans. This will include foundation design, framing schedules, connection details, and any special provisions the retail or residential components demand (e.g., long-span storefront openings, vibration control for living spaces, rooftop mechanical support). Local code compliance and coordination with the architect’s Revit/CAD files are essential—everything has to slot straight into our permit package.
Deliverables
• Foundation, beam and roof plans with sections and details in DWG/DXF and PDF
• General notes and material specifications formatted to jurisdictional standards
• A brief revision allowance to address plan-checker comments
If you have recent experience on similar multi-use sites and can work smoothly in Revit or AutoCAD, I’d like to hear about it along with an estimated timeline.
