Minor Revit Plan Update
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I already have a complete Revit model; I only need a light touch to suit a late design tweak. The main task is to redesign the existing staircase—its geometry and structure need to change—but it must remain in the same general location and still comply with code. While you are in the file, I also need you to adjust the living area, dining area and the adjacent voids so the new stair ties in cleanly with ceiling heights and circulation.
Once the edits are done, export the affected sheets to both DWG and PDF so I can forward them to my consultant team. Only a handful of plans, a section and perhaps a detail sheet will change, so this is not a full set re-issue—just the updated sheets.
Deliverables
• Updated Revit file (.rvt) with the revised stair, living/dining areas and void alignment
• DWG exports of the modified sheets
• Matching PDF exports of those same sheets
If you work in Revit natively and can turn this around quickly without disrupting any existing view templates or sheet numbering, I’d like to get started right away.
