Minimalist House Design Plan
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m ready to turn a clear vision into drawings: a medium-sized, 3–4 bedroom home that feels both minimalistic and deeply connected to nature, with stone as the hero material inside and out. I need an architect who has already shepherded similar concepts from idea to build, and who can keep the design lean, functional, and cost-aware.
Scope
• Produce a basic set of floor plans and elevations that maximise light, airflow, and efficient circulation.
• Highlight practical stone applications—facade treatments, accent walls, and structural or cladding options—while balancing thermal performance and budget.
• Provide concise material notes (brick and motar types, indicative thicknesses, sustainable sourcing tips).
• Supply simple 3D views or SketchUp massing to help me visualise scale and proportions.
I’m open to your preferred software—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar—as long as files can be shared in common formats (PDF + DWG or SKP). Revisions should focus on layout tweaks and stone detailing, not a full redesign.
If your portfolio already shows built minimalist homes with natural materials, especially stone, that’s exactly the experience I’m after. Please include one or two relevant examples when you respond so I can see how you translate restraint and nature into practical architecture.
