I have just secured a top-floor penthouse and want to give it a calm, uncluttered feel throughout. The aesthetic is firmly Minimalist—clean lines, light colour palettes, and a strong emphasis on negative space. Every choice should reinforce that visual quiet.

Scope
• Living room – primarily a family-relaxation zone, so layout must prioritise comfortable seating, soft textures, and smart storage that keeps devices, toys, and books out of sight.
• Bedroom – a restorative retreat; muted tones, integrated wardrobes, and thoughtful lighting are essential.
• Kitchen – sleek handle-less cabinetry, hidden appliances, and durable yet elegant surfaces.

I will supply unit plans, photos, and precise measurements once we start. You will translate these into:

1. Concept mood boards for each space (materials, colour palette, furniture references)
2. Scaled floor plans and furniture layouts (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent)
3. 3D renders or walkthroughs that clearly communicate lighting and material choices
4. A concise specification sheet listing finishes, fixtures, furniture, and sourcing links

Final files are expected in both native project formats (e.g., .dwg, .skp) and PDF/JPEG for easy sharing with contractors. Render resolution: minimum 3000 px on the longest side.
