The space should comfortably fit a single bedroom, a kitchen, and a living room—an efficient one-to-two-room arrangement rather than a warren of tiny spaces. I’m after a clear, scaled drawing that shows wall positions, door swings, and basic furniture blocks so I can judge circulation and proportions.
