Melbourne In-Person Rebar Expert

I have set aside one full day in Melbourne to dive deep into the entire steel rebar scheduling workflow. Because we are still in the design phase, my goal is to understand the complete process—from detailing and drawings through to quantities and budgeting—before finalising any construction documentation.

Here is what the day looks like:

• Walk me through your step-by-step method for producing a coordinated bar schedule directly from our preliminary drawings.
• Demonstrate your take-off technique, showing how you verify quantities against design intent and flag cost drivers.
• Live-produce a short sample schedule in the software you prefer—Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla, Excel, or any dedicated rebar plug-in—so I can see the process in action.
• Leave me with annotated workflow notes, checklists, and any templates or macros that will let me replicate the process after you leave.

I will supply a workstation, internet, and all project files you request in advance. Let me know your preferred software versions and any material I should prepare to make the session productive.

Acceptance criteria
– One in-person workshop (≈ 8 hours) at our Southbank office, scheduled within the next two weeks.
– Delivery of the sample schedule and workflow notes (digital copy) by close of business that same day.
