Machinery & Hay Shed Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a complete set of plans for a small (under 100 m²) shed that will safely store both farm machinery and hay in the same structure. The design should maximise the available footprint while keeping the two functions clearly separated to avoid fire and dust issues.
What I am after:
• Detailed architectural drawings—floor plan, elevations and roofing layout suitable for council submission.
• Basic structural detailing showing posts, beams and bracing so a local engineer can sign off quickly.
• A concise materials list specifying commonly available Australian steel sections and cladding.
• Clear notes on access points tall enough for tractors and a dedicated, ventilated bay for hay.
I already know the footprint and orientation, so once I share that sketch you can refine it in AutoCAD, Revit or similar CAD software and return PDFs plus editable source files.
Experience in rural or agricultural builds is a bonus, but solid drafting skills and an eye for practical farm workflows are essential.
