MEP Shop Drawing Engineer – G+4 Building (Dubai Experience Required)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer / Draftsman to convert approved design drawings into detailed shop drawings for a G+4 building project located in Dubai.
Scope of Work:
The scope includes preparation, coordination, and revision of shop drawings for the following services:
Water Supply System
Drainage & Plumbing System
HVAC System
Builder’s Work Drawings (MEP openings, sleeves, shafts, etc.)
Coordination with architectural and structural drawings
Incorporation of consultant and authority comments until approval
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Dubai-based projects (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and relevant authority requirements
Ability to produce authority-compliant shop drawings
Experience with G+4 residential or commercial buildings
Proficiency in AutoCAD (BIM/Revit is an advantage)
Ability to revise drawings promptly based on consultant comments
Deliverables:
Fully coordinated MEP shop drawings
Drawings ready for consultant and authority submission
Final approved drawings in DWG and PDF formats
Project Type:
One-time project (with potential for future projects based on performance)
Location:
Project located in Dubai, UAE (remote work acceptable, Dubai experience required)
