Luxury Single-Storey Facade Design

I’m ready to give my future single-storey house a street-stopping presence. The scope is limited to the front facade, yet I want it to feel unmistakably high-end. Think contemporary-meets-modern lines, a seamlessly integrated double car garage, and a welcoming porch that frames the front door.

Materials must be common to the Australian market. Brick, rendered concrete and timber-look products (or any low-maintenance alternative to natural timber) should be the stars. No high-maintenance natural timbers, please. Visually, the palette stays neutral—elegant tones that highlight form over colour.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A resolved front elevation and at least one perspective render that clearly communicate massing, material placement and colour.
• A concise material and colour schedule identifying readily sourced Australian products.
• Final files in PDF/JPEG for review and the original source file (Revit, Archicad, SketchUp, etc.) so my builder can tweak dimensions later if required.

Acceptance criteria
• Contemporary/modern aesthetic that reads as luxury.
• Double garage and covered porch proportioned to a single-storey home.
• Use of brick, rendered concrete and a timber-look or equivalent low-maintenance cladding.
• Neutral colour scheme is clearly indicated throughout.
• All specified products available in Australia.
