Luxury Marketing Floor Plan Redesign
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I already have full construction drawings for these 7 homes; what I need now are visually striking floor-plans that feel dark, luxurious and unapologetically modern, perfect for high-end marketing brochures, websites, and client presentations.
Please take the existing technical files and transform them into sleek monochrome layouts that highlight two things above all else: the overall flow of each level and a refined furniture arrangement that communicates lifestyle, not just square footage.
High-resolution, print-ready PDFs (and the editable source files) will be required so my marketing team can drop them straight into our collateral. If you prefer working in AutoCAD, Revit, Illustrator, or another vector-based program, that’s fine as long as the final artwork remains crisp at large format.
Deliverables:
• 1 luxury-styled floor plan per level, monochrome palette
• Layered source file(s) + print-ready PDF/PNG
• Quick legend or key for furniture symbols where relevant
