Long-Term Revit Structural Partnership
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I handle a steady pipeline of commercial building projects and need a dependable Revit structural specialist to slot straight into the workflow for the long haul. Your day-to-day will revolve around building clean, information-rich structural models in Revit, running the necessary structural analysis to validate every element, and keeping the whole package BIM-coordinated with architectural and MEP teams so clashes are caught early rather than on site.
You should already be comfortable driving Revit (2023 or later), using Navisworks or a similar platform for clash detection, and working in a cloud environment such as BIM 360. Familiarity with Robot Structural Analysis or equivalent tools is a plus; what matters most is that you can translate design intent into accurate, fully-annotated models and back it up with sound engineering judgment.
I typically schedule projects in phases and will keep you supplied with reference drawings, design briefs, and meeting notes. In return, I expect clear communication, predictable turnaround times, and models that import seamlessly into the wider multidisciplinary BIM file.
Deliverables for each assignment will include:
• Native Revit structural model with all families, sheets, and views organised
• Coordination file (NWC or IFC) reflecting resolved clashes
• Brief structural analysis summary outlining assumptions, load cases, and key checks
If you’re confident you can cover structural modelling, BIM coordination, and analysis at a professional level—and you’re ready for consistent work—let’s talk timelines and your availability.
