Long-Term Architect Collaboration

I’m searching for an architect I can rely on over the long haul. My workload fluctuates—from quick concept studies to full construction document sets—so I need someone comfortable picking up a project at any phase and seeing it through with minimal hand-holding.

Typical tasks may include developing schematic plans, refining detailed drawings, preparing permit packages, creating 3D visualisations, and coordinating with engineers or site teams when needed. Project types vary (residential remodels, small commercial fit-outs, the occasional light-industrial layout), so versatility and an ability to switch scales gracefully are important.

High-quality, well-organised drawing files are a must. You should be fluent in AutoCAD or Revit; SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools are welcome for early massing and rendering provided you can deliver clean DWGs, PDFs, and IFCs for the consultants. Consistent layer naming, clear annotation, and rapid revision turnarounds will keep the partnership running smoothly.
