London Residential Measured Drawings

I have a residential property in London that needs a full on-site measure so I can move ahead with design decisions. What I’m after is a clean set of as-built, to-scale floor plans created in either Revit or AutoCAD—whichever you work in most efficiently.

You’ll need to visit the house/ property, capture all dimensions and photos of the site, then turn that data into accurate, neatly annotated plans, sections and elevations. At this stage I only need the basic floor plans (no building regulations), but they must be laid out clearly with room names, overall dimensions and north arrow so they drop straight into my workflow.

Because other decisions are waiting on these drawings, speed is important: I’d like the site visit arranged right away and the completed files delivered as soon as realistically possible.

Deliverables
• Measured survey of the property
• Revit (.rvt) or AutoCAD (.dwg) model with organised layers/families
• PDF set at A3 with scale bar and title block
