Living Room Addition Plans
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
My client is adding an addition to his home. It will be a living room that will need to match the current floor height and flow well with the roof. We would like to build the home on 6x6 post.
Scope
• Develop a detailed floor plan that seamlessly connects the new living area to the existing structure.
light.
• Include construction notes and basic structural details sufficient for a local builder to price and pull permits (framing specs, foundation footprint, door/window schedule, and electrical layout).
What I’ll supply
– Current house plans and measurements in PDF/DWG.
– Photos of the exterior and adjoining rooms.
– Local code references.
Ideal skills
Residential architecture, AutoCAD or Revit, familiarity with U.S. building codes, and an eye for cozy yet functional living spaces.
Deliverables
1. Scaled CAD files (DWG/PDF).
2. One rendered perspective or SketchUp model.
3. A short revision cycle to fine-tune layout, window sizing, and finish notes.
I am in a time crunch. The sooner the better.
