Live Floor Plan Sketch Session

I’d like to jump on a video or voice call where we screen-share and rough-out a residential floor plan together in real time. The building has three or more levels, and today’s goal is simply to visualize layout concepts—room positions, circulation paths, approximate proportions—not a permit-ready drawing.

During the conversation, you will sketch while I give feedback, adjusting walls, stairs, and core elements on the fly. Any lightweight tool you’re comfortable with—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, even a digital whiteboard—is fine so long as I can see the changes live and receive the file afterward.

Deliverables after the call:
• The working file (DWG, SKP, or equivalent)
• A PDF or image export of each floor’s first-pass layout

If this first version matches what I have in mind, I’ll commission further refinement and detailing.
