Licensed Engineer for New Construction

I’m breaking ground on a new-build in Texas and need a licensed engineer to produce a full set of permit-ready plans. Structural design is the first milestone I have to clear, yet the assignment ultimately covers the entire package—electrical, HVAC, and plumbing included—so a true multi-disciplinary mindset is essential.
What I expect from you
• Signed and sealed structural drawings first, followed by coordinated electrical, mechanical, and plumbing sheets
• All files delivered in both DWG and PDF, modeled in AutoCAD or Revit as you prefer
• Calculations, load tables, and any code check documents required by Texas authorities
