3-Level House Design Package

I’m developing the full concept for a three-storey home and I need an experienced designer who can take the project from technical review through to polished visuals. The scope covers plumbing, electrical and low-voltage network layouts as well as an architectural summary that ties everything together. My immediate need on the plumbing side is to see it fully coordinated within the architectural drawing and 3D model so clashes are caught early.

For visualisation I want a complete walk-through experience that shows how the home will feel, inside and out, with a contemporary look and clean modern lines for the interiors.

Selected 3D components to be produced
• Interior design
• Exterior design
• Landscaping

Key deliverables
• Coordinated architectural drawings (DWG/Revit) with plumbing, electrical and network layers clearly annotated
• Technical review document summarising system capacities, code compliance notes and any coordination issues found
• High-quality 3D renders and/or BIM model covering the three items above
• Short fly-through or panoramic set that demonstrates the modern interior concept and outdoor landscaping

If you typically work in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar, please mention it—native files alongside PDFs and JPEG/MP4 outputs will be required for sign-off.
