LOD400 Revit Residential Model
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We have concept sketches for a 450 sqm modern residential house and are looking for a freelance Architectural BIM specialist to develop them into a single Revit model from LOD 100 to LOD 400. The scope is focused on the architectural model only, including plans, facades, and interior details.
The freelancer will start by interpreting the sketches and setting up levels, grids, and basic massing (LOD 100), then progressively develop the model into a detailed and well-organized Revit file suitable for construction drawings (up to LOD 400). The model should follow clear standards, with clean worksets, proper naming, and accurate documentation.
Deliverables:
• Revit (.rvt) model developed through LOD 100, 200, 300, and 400
• PDF exports (plans, sections, elevations) at key stages
• Final drawing set generated from the model
