LOD 100 To 500 MEPF Revit Modeling -- 2
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
This assignment covers a single discipline—HVAC—on a new-build project and must be carried through to LOD 400 in Autodesk Revit. I will share the current architectural and structural Revit models; the task is to route every piece of ductwork, fittings, equipment and their supports so the mechanical system installs without field rework.
Full coordination is essential: clearances, penetrations, and maintenance zones have to be respected and the finished file must open clash-free when tested against the fed models in Navisworks.
Deliverables
• A coordinated Revit (.rvt) model for HVAC only, verified to be clash-free against the latest architectural and structural models
• Sheet-set of shop drawings—plans, sections, elevations, schedules—ready for immediate issue to site and fabrication
• A final clash report confirming zero hard clashes
I will validate the model and drawings against the coordination log before sign-off.
