Kids Museum Revit Schematics Needed
Budget: £5,000 – £10,000 GBP
Develop the full design package for a permanent children’s science museum and need detailed schematic drawings produced directly in Revit. You’ll be working from my existing BIM models and focusing on two key zones: the interactive exhibit halls and the back-of-house utility rooms.
Your role is to open the supplied .rvt files, create clear, well-annotated schematics, and keep all model data fully coordinated so that future consultants can plug straight into the file without extra cleanup. If you spot inconsistencies in the model, flag them and suggest fixes rather than masking them in the sheets—accuracy is more important than speed.
Deliverables
• Updated Revit model with new schematic views and sheets
• PDF set ready for internal review (A1 size)
• A brief change log noting any model corrections or assumptions made
Acceptance criteria
• All exhibit-area services and utility-room connections shown at schematic level and tagged using my existing family library
• View templates, line weights and legends match the project standards I will provide
• No exploded or 2D-only linework—everything must remain fully BIM-intelligent
If you’re confident working inside a live BIM environment and can turn around clean, publish-ready schematics, I’d like to hear how soon you can start and your estimated timeline to first draft.
