Kawneer Storefront Construction Drawings
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need our hotel’s new Kawneer storefront system translated from my rough sketches into a full set of detailed construction drawings. The attachment shows the current concept, dimensions, and the locations where the curtainwall and door frames tie into existing structure.
Scope
• Convert my hand-marked sketches into clear, build-ready drawings that meet Kawneer specifications and local code.
• Show every mullion, door, anchor, and sealant detail at 1:20 or better, plus relevant section cuts.
• Provide plan, elevation, and section sheets ready for my GC’s review and the city’s permit set.
Preferred workflow
I usually review mark-ups in PDF first, then request the native files (AutoCAD *.dwg or Revit *.rvt) once revisions are closed. If you mainly draft in a different platform, let me know up front.
Acceptance
Drawings must align with the attached dimensions, resolve any field-fit clashes you spot, and include a clean title block, material schedule, and Kawneer part numbers where applicable. When I can hand these sheets directly to my glazing contractor without further edits, we’re done.
