Job Title: Revit Draftsperson / Building Designer – Residential Plans for Council Submission (Australia)

Looking for an experienced Revit draftsperson or building designer to prepare a full set of residential home drawings suitable for local council submission and building permit approval in Australia.

Scope of Work:

Prepare complete architectural drawings for a residential home
Plans must be suitable for council submission and building permit approval
Include standard sheets such as:
Site plan
Floor plans
Elevations
Sections
Roof plan
General notes and legends
Door and window schedules (as required)
Drawings must comply with relevant Australian standards and council requirements
Deliverables required in Revit 2021 (.RVT) format and PDF

Requirements:

Proven experience preparing residential drawings for Australian council or building permit submission
Strong proficiency in Revit (Revit 2021 preferred)
Familiarity with Australian building documentation standards (NCC/BCA preferred)
Ability to communicate clearly and meet deadlines
Must provide examples of previous similar residential projects (council or permit drawings). Applications without sample work may not be considered.
