Japanese Two-Story House Plans & Renders

I’m planning a two-storey, 100 m² wooden house in Bali that blends contemporary comfort with unmistakable Japanese character. To move the project forward I need complete construction-ready documentation plus photorealistic 3D visuals that let me, the builder and the local authorities see exactly what we’re creating.
Key design intent
• Structure: a warm, timber-framed “wooden house” that still feels unmistakably Japanese.
• Atmosphere: open interiors, soft daylight, and the option to weave in shoji screens, tatami areas or an engawa if they fit naturally with the layout.
• Site conditions: tropical climate, so detailing must respect humidity, termites and local building practice while preserving the minimalist Japanese aesthetic.
Required deliverables
• Full construction documents: dimensioned plans, sections, elevations, structural layout, roof/framing details, window & door schedules, electrical and plumbing sheets—everything my contractor can build from.
• Coordinated 3D BIM or SketchUp model (DWG or RVT preferred) so future trades can extract quantities.
• A brief material/specification sheet highlighting the type of wood you recommend for framing, cladding and joinery based on Balinese availability and durability.
