Iterative Building Design Sketches
Budget: $10 – $500 USD
I’m shaping a mixed-use building for a client and need an imaginative designer who is happy to refine, redraw, and rethink until we get a set of visuals that truly excites the customer. The process starts with quick concept sketches—hand, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Procreate, whatever you use—followed by progressively richer floor plans, elevations, and presentation boards. Every round of feedback from the client will trigger updates, so flexibility and a collaborative mindset are essential.
MUST be able to work US time.
Turnaround must be fast; the client wants to see first concepts ASAP and will expect steady progress each day. When you send your bid, please write “not an automatic bid” at the top and link to a few examples that prove you can move from loose sketch to polished design.
Key deliverables:
• Initial concept sketches (multiple options)
• Iterative revisions reflecting client comments
• Final presentation-ready drawings and annotated plans suitable for stakeholder review
I’ll stay responsive with feedback so we can keep momentum high and the ideas flowing. Show me your best work and let’s bring this space to life together.
