Intricate High-Rise Exterior 3D Model
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
For an upcoming job on a high-rise, I need the exterior captured in a highly detailed 3D model—think façade articulation, balcony rails, mullions, rooftop equipment, lighting housings, and any architectural flair that makes the building stand out at street level and from the skyline. The final deliverable must arrive in IFC format so it can slot straight into our BIM workflow; feel free to work in Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or any pipeline that comfortably exports clean IFC.
Accuracy matters more than speed. I do not have any drawings / elevations on file. It will need to be built from mapping reference and from looking up the details of the building (ie. how many floors etc.). Real-world scaling, correct layer naming, and watertight geometry are essential. A few glossy renders or viewport screenshots along the way will help us stay on the same page regarding materials and finishes, though the model itself is the main focus.
Deliverables:
• High-detail exterior model in IFC if a 3D model
• Native source file (your working format) for future edits
• Two or three high-resolution preview images for quick review
Once the first draft lands, I’ll give consolidated feedback within 24 hours so we can keep revisions tight and efficient.
