Industrial Washroom Plan Drafting
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m retrofitting part of our existing industrial facility to add one or two staff washrooms and need a civil engineer who can turn the idea into fully buildable drawings. The space is already built out for other purposes, so you’ll be working within fixed walls, slab levels and utility points.
Your task is to create complete construction documents—dimensioned floor plans, plumbing and drainage schematics, venting details, fixture schedules, and any structural notes required—ready for both permit submission and on-site contractors. Please incorporate relevant code references for industrial-use washrooms and show tie-ins to our current water supply and waste lines. I prefer files in PDF for approval plus editable CAD (AutoCAD or Revit) for coordination.
