Industrial Tilt-Up Home Concept Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I want a concept design for a new home that will be built primarily from tilt-up concrete panels. The overall aesthetic should lean toward a clean, Industrial style that celebrates the material honesty of concrete, steel, and glass.
Core layout wishes
• 2–3 comfortable bedrooms
• A generous open-plan living–dining–kitchen zone
• Good indoor-outdoor flow to a balcony and a roof terrace for entertaining
I am still flexible on exact room sizes, but the concept must demonstrate clear circulation, natural light strategies, and practical construction sequencing that suits tilt-up panels. Please show how the panel joints, reveals, and any steel framing will read on the façades so I can visualise the final look.
Deliverables
1. Scaled floor plans and roof plan (PDF + editable DWG or RVT)
2. Two or more elevation studies highlighting panel layout
3. A simple 3D massing or SketchUp/Revit model with textures that illustrate the concrete finish and steel accents
4. One perspective rendering of the main living area opening onto the terrace
Acceptance criteria: all spaces and circulation clearly labelled, dimensions legible, and the panel system logically sequenced for construction review.
