Industrial Solar 3D Permitting Sketch

Job ID: 39726280

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a fully-realized 3D rendering of an industrial-scale solar system that can be submitted directly to the local authority for permitting and approval. The sketch must show the complete layout of panels, mounting structures, inverters, combiner boxes, and cable runs, all positioned accurately on the host facility’s rooftop and surrounding grounds. Please model roof clearances, access aisles, and any fire setbacks so reviewers can verify code compliance at a glance.

Because the goal is regulatory sign-off, dimensional accuracy is critical. Present the array in plan, elevation, and isometric views, include a north arrow and scale bar, and label every major component. I am comfortable with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or any other mainstream CAD/BIM tool as long as the final package arrives in both an editable file (DWG, SKP, RVT, or similar) and a flattened PDF set ready to upload to the permitting portal.

Acceptance criteria
• True-to-scale 3D model of the entire solar installation
• Annotated drawing sheets (plan, elevation, isometric) in PDF
• Separate export of the native model file for future edits
• All dimensions, labels, and codes clearly legible at 1:100

If you already have a preferred workflow for PV permitting—whether Helioscope, PVsyst exports, or a custom Revit family—feel free to use it, provided the deliverables above are met.
