Industrial Patio Design & Renderings
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have an existing home and will share the current floor plan with you. From that starting point, I need a fresh industrial-inspired patio layout that feels clean and modern while showcasing wood as the primary material. The brief covers three main steps:
• Revise the floor plan to include the new patio and roof structure.
• Build an editable 3D model in Revit, Fusion 360, SketchUp, Lumion, or a comparable tool—you’re free to choose whichever platform lets you work fastest and most accurately.
• Produce photo-realistic renderings so I can evaluate sight-lines, lighting, and overall atmosphere before construction.
I’m aiming for crisp detailing, straightforward lines, and subtle industrial touches that complement the wood surfaces. Once I approve the concept, I’ll need the updated floor plan (PDF + source file), the complete 3D model file, and a set of high-resolution images suitable for both on-screen review and print.
If this matches your skill set and you’re confident you can capture that modern-industrial feel, let’s get started.
