Industrial Building Regs & Structural Package
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need a full UK-compliant Building Regulations submission for a new industrial unit that is still in the initial planning stage. The scope covers both the architectural drawings and the structural calculations needed to satisfy Building Control for an industrial-use envelope.
On the structural side, I specifically require:
• Steel frame design calculations (to current Eurocodes)
• Foundation design calculations suitable for the proposed ground conditions
Architecturally, the set must include all plans, sections and details normally expected for a commercial Building Regs package, ready to lodge with the local authority in PDF and DWG formats. AutoCAD or Revit is fine for the drawings; structural work can be produced in Tekla, Robot, or any recognised UK software as long as the output is clear and backs up the calcs.
Turnaround time, file naming conventions and any site information you need can be agreed straight away so we keep momentum from this early concept phase through to approval.
